Bridal File is a collaboration between two different worlds: bridal artistry and software development. We came together because we both saw the same problem, wedding professionals deserve better tools than spreadsheets and scattered notes.

Amy, The Bridal Expert
Founder of Bows Hair & Beauty
Amy co-founded Bows Hair with her sister in 2012, driven by a shared passion for creating beautiful bridal looks. Since then, she's helped hundreds of brides look and feel incredible on their special day.
In 2014, they opened their salon in Anlaby, Hull, and have since grown a talented team offering a full range of hair and beauty services. But wedding styling has always remained at the heart of everything they do.
After years of managing bookings with a mix of spreadsheets, notebooks, and email threads, Amy knew there had to be a better way. She'd tried the existing software options, but nothing quite fit the way bridal professionals actually work.
That frustration became the foundation for Bridal File.
Adam, The Developer
Founder of Headless Digital
Adam is a hands-on developer with over 15 years of experience building web software. Based in Hull, East Yorkshire, he's spent his career building everything from eCommerce platforms to custom business applications.
He runs Headless Digital, a consultancy specialising in modern web architecture, and PWA Developer, where he shares his work building progressive web apps and JavaScript applications.
When Amy described the booking chaos she dealt with daily, Adam saw an opportunity to build something genuinely useful, software designed around how bridal professionals actually work, not how developers think they should work.
Together, they're building the tool they wish had existed years ago.
